Always striving to produce the freshest, highest quality and most enticing classic Mediterranean Italian-influenced culinary creations, Owner/Executive Chef Antonio immense knowledge and experience in restaurant ownership, management and hospitality has spanned the decades.

Originally establishing his culinary presence in Mississauga with Il Molinaro, Antonio and family successfully operated the acclaimed restaurant for 24 years before being drawn to the historic and picturesque village of Kleinburg.

Aside from his devotion to family, crafting delicious dishes and graciously welcoming his guests, Antonio’s passion for discovering a good wine is evident once you lay eyes on his ever-growing wine collection.
